Principal Ms. Chan Yuk Yin (MEd, MA, BA, PGDE)
During her 30-plus-year career in education, Ms. Chan has served in various positions such as the Vice Principal, General Affairs Director, Academics Director and Head of the Chinese Department. She is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Education Convergence and a member of the Committee on Professional Development of Teachers and Principals, the Public Library Advisory Committee, and the Curriculum Development Council- HKEAA Committee on Chinese Language Education. As an experienced educator who pays long-term attention to curriculum development, curriculum organization and various other issues, Ms. Chan is often invited to be a keynote speaker on related topics due to her keen interest and deep expertise in Chinese Language curriculum development, pedagogy, promotion of reading, etc. Ms. Chan received the Outstanding Principal Award at the 2nd “Reading Dreams” Leap Forward in Reading Education Practices Awards in 2021, a testament to her dedication and success in building a culture for reading.

Vice Principal Mr. Cheung Chun Pong (MPhil, BSc, PGDE)
Mr. Cheung has over 20 years of teaching experience and is one of the founding teachers when Elegantia College was established in 2002. Prior to this position, he was the Mathematics Panel Chairperson. He has long been the Academic Affairs Section Chairperson, focusing on setting up the required teaching-learning culture and procedures in helping students to achieve their best academic results. He has also been invited by different schools to share his experience in managing the Mathematics Panel and leading the chairpersons of different subjects to improve the students’ academic results.

Vice Principal Ms. Leung Wai Kwan (MA, BA, PGDE)
Backed by more than two decades of highly commendable frontline service, Ms. Leung’s unparalleled expertise in teaching and learning, as well as administrative management is all but tried-and-true. Prior to her current position, she was the Head of the Studies Committee and the English Panel, she has long been devoting herself to bringing innovations to pedagogy and the curriculum, and advancing teachers’ professional development. In recognition to her accomplishments, Ms. Leung has been invited to various sharing sessions to bring her robust experience in ELT and panel administration to numerous teachers and education professionals; she has also taken a prominent role in the progressive development of LACC with the CUHK for comprehensive school-based implementation.

Assistant Principal Cheng Larry (MA, BA, PGDE)
Mr Cheng has served as a frontline educator for more than 15 years. He has been in charge of the Campus Development & Environmental Protection Committee and Co-curricular Activities (CCA) Committee, and served as a seconded teacher for the Education Bureau sharing his experiences with fellow teachers. Cheng is devoted to developing student leaders and proactively engages in social volunteering, and is awarded Hong Kong Red Cross Long Service Award and Home Affairs Bureau Outstanding Youth and Social Service Award.

Assistant Principal Mr. Kwan Yuk Chor (MA, BA, PGDE)
With a career spanning nearly two decades in the education sector, Mr. Kwan has held the positions of Head of the Academic Committee and Head of the English Department. Throughout this period, he has been dedicated to elevating students' learning interests and enhancing the overall quality of teaching and learning. Possessing extensive experience in public examination assessments, he has previously served as an Assistant Examiner for HKEAA and as a teacher member in the moderation committee for the Territory-wide System Assessment.

Assistant Principal Ms. Lee Po Yin (MSc, BSc, PGDE, Certificate in Counselling)
Ms. Lee has been engaged in the field of education for over twenty years, possessing extensive experience in counselling and teaching. She is committed to assisting students in life planning and promoting their healthy growth.
Ms. Lee is treasurer of the HK Association of Career Masters and Guidance Masters, HKEAA Chemistry District Coordinator, EDB Curriculum Support Division Textbook Committee (Chemistry) member. She was the chairperson of CDC-HKEAA Committee (Chemistry).
